Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! Many of our items are handmade...literally by two hands. Therefore, there may be variances in these items. Other items may not be handmade, and this will be obvious. With that in mind, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases. If you are not for any reason, simply email our support staff at We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Damaged Item in Shipping:

If an item(s) is received damaged by shipping, please take some measure of noting this with pictures so that we may work to recoup your cost and or replacing the item(s). Once I have been notified with pictures I will open a ticket with the carrier. The resolution process with the carrier MAY take up to 10 business days or less. A replacement will be provided if I am unable to receive a refund from the carrier and if the item is still available. 


Exchange or Store Credit Only:

We do not accept returns/exchange only. Item(s) must be returned within10 days of purchase. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, debris. A store credit will be issued after we have received and determined that the item(s) is in sellable condition. Please allow up to 48 hours after we have received your item(s) to make a determination and receive your store credit. 

Lost Package or Not Received:

All orders once fulfilled will send an email with tracking four your order. Please allow up two days to for tracking due to weekends, holidays and order processing. 

If you have not received your item within the stated shipping time, please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your order before contacting customer service.

If the status of tracking states delivered with the correct address please contact customer service with your tracking so that we may open a ticket with USPS. Honey Beloved is not responsible for correctly addressed orders marked as delivered but not received, lost or damaged if you have not added insurance coverage to your order. We will work with USPS to locate, retrieve and resend your original order or retrieve the cost of the order from USPS and offer you a store credit if the funds are restored by USPS to Honey Beloved. This may take up to 10 days or less. We will not issue any store credits or reship items if available until the matter is resolved with USPS.
