Navy Floral Top & Cream Angle Skirt

This piece began as a not so fun dress. The bottom was removed creating a cool breezy buttom up blouse. A complete skirt was created with an angled hem, offering a complete look. The creme pattern within the blouse perfectly matches the creme tone of the skirt. Colors vary in photos.
