Black Floral Duster Dress & Shorts

This piece began as a simple vintage styled dress. The collar was removed and the dress opened all the down creating a duster / semi wrap dress. A long elegant ruffled hem and belt were added for drama. Custom sexy boy shorts were created for a day of glamorous lounging or dinner in heels. Replace the shorts with denim jeans for a Pre Fall look.
